I always eagerly await the next book in this series by Lee Straus. The characters are fun and entertaining. I love the fashion descriptions and enjoy trying to figure out the mysteries. I recommend this series to all cozy mystery lovers
Love the series!!! Love the characters, love the fashion!!! I love that lady Gold is so fun and that she is very liberated for the 1920!!
So far I have enjoyed every one of the Ginger Gold mysteries. This one is the first mystery after her marriage. While she enjoys wealth and never needs to do much of anything she owns a dress shop, an investigation agency, and consults with her police inspector husband.
the perfect little world is a bit too perfect. the relationship events a bit obvious. the mystery was ok. but ultimately i don’t think they had enough evidence. a quick, pleasant read.
Another Lady Gold mystery solved to my enjoyment, not to mention my surprise at the culprit. Amid a sea of beautiful dresses and exciting 1920 cars, Ginger finds time for kindness to friends and strangers alike and even patience for her sister in law while solving murders. A fun read!!!
